Paidea is special to me because working here has taught me to be a better teacher, a better parent, and a better person. Lynn models positive interactions with children, parents, and staff on a daily basis. She has taught me to always try to find a win/win solution to problems and the number one priority at Paidea is doing what is best for each child. Working for someone I respect is the reason I have been here since 1985.
