A Recent Letter
We have seen what a difference you and your staff have made in Caitlin's and other children's lives. A quick example: Caitlin has been playing in the summer rec soccer program in Cottage Grove. On Thursday night, a fellow mother came to me to tell me a story of what happened down the field by where she was sitting. The game was going okay, but there was a point in the game where everyone kept bunching up and the ball kept going out of bounds. Caitlin paused and said aloud, "This is making me feel really angry right now." The mom came, smiling, to tell me because she was astounded by Caitlin's "astute ability to use her words that way and recognize what she was feeling" and went on and on about it. She was surprised, but I was reaffirmed. This came because of Paidea. -Maria Tol
