	I ensure that our philosophy is put into action every day.
	I am devoted to running only one facility, because I am  passionate about understanding each and every child's temperament and the family dynamic they come from.
	I constantly integrate new information and new ideas into our program and provide continual learning through classes, workshops and in-services to energize us all.
	I make sure our teachers have everything they need to be successful caregivers to your children.
	I have a masters degree in early childhood parenting education and continue to learn by working closely with many experts in the field of child development.

	I work with parents, children, and staff to discover the solution that best fits each unique situation.
	I offer monthly parenting workshops, free of charge, to help parents understand the developmental stage their child is in, what to expect, and concrete examples of how to handle the most difficult parenting challenges.
